KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak expressed his condolences to the family of Wanita Umno permanent chairman Tan Sri Napsiah Omar, who passed away on Monday (April 16).
Najib described Napsiah as an Umno fighter and a distinguished Malay figure.

“Innalillahiwainnailaihirajiun. I still remember the words of Allahyarhamah, that what makes Umno alive and strong are its members. May her soul be showered with mercy. Al-Fatihah,” Najib tweeted.
Napsiah, 74, died at her son’s house in Ampang Jaya due to liver cancer.
Her remains are expected to be buried at Jalan Melang Cemetery, Kuala Pilah, before Zohor prayers on Tuesday (April 17). – Bernama
